Strange odors in nostrils on M.C?

Hi rawbies. I have been sick with either a bad head cold or detox for about a wk and a half and am smelling some pretty awful stuff. Is this my imagination or could it be part of detox? The other day I distinctly smelled cigarette smoke (we don't smoke and I haven't smoked since I was about 17 and I did it for only about 3 years.) I have also smelled a stench like BO - I know that sounds gross but I am wondering if this has been anyone elses' experience?

detox... happens to me all the time when i'm fasting and detoxing.

Thanks Aleesha. So it is "normal" then. I am still smelling it. Yuk and double yuk! The other day I had to ask my husband if he smelled me. I was so afraid that maybe others could smell what I am smelling. He said "You never smell bad at all - you are a very clean person".:)

Sue our islegirl,do you live on an island? Anyway..no worries,you post where you want,I dont feel neglected ever!!!! Plus I gotta share the love right? Anyway..we will stink a bit as some stuff comes out.Isnt it funny,we human beans who fear smelling bad...when every human has smelled bad at some point.Get this,my boss is an olifactory specialist,in other words ,a smelling specialist.He makes his living with his nose(at a major soda corp.but thats a whole nother story) AND I always fear I smell after playing and running and chasing the boys I nanny(his kids)when he gets home.ugh.The one boy smells everything too.One morn I came to work right from my sisters and she had had a major woodsmoke issue from the fireplace(made me ill) and my lil guy said I smelled...ugh.
Anyway tangeant ALERT,tangeant alert....do we get banned for tangeants.?
So I have been in detox(no not that kind) funny how detox could mean drug n alcohol rehab or to us,rawbees its s.a.d. detox from druggin out on food.
Tangeant again.Anyway I sweat like crazy and stink once in a while...I am working on welcoming it..its out not in now.Yay! Lots more essential oils I wear...haha.
