I made my first raw meal today ( other then your basic salad.) I made Sushi using soaked and ground sunflower seeds with a little ginger, braggs, lemon juice, and sun dried tomatos. For the filling I used avocato, sundried tomatos, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber and baby spinach leaves..wrapped in nori. YUMMY!
