Well yesterday did not go well, but i am trying to look at the positives, because i managed to do about 50% raw...
i was planning on doing 100%, but at lunch i started to feel really nauseated, got a severe migraine, diahrhea and could only eat 1/2 of my lunch. i took 1/2 a sick day and went home to rest.
i got home and took a 3 hour nap, and when i woke up i had a non-raw dinner and immeditely felt better. i know my body was revolting the raw somewhat, so i thought i give it a little breather.
today i feel fantasic, have had some glorious poops, and will try to do as much raw as i can... if i can't do a full day completely raw, i will at least make the effort to eat completely vegan. it's a step in the right direction.
so far today i've had a green smoothie with:
1 banana
1 small apple
1 bunch of leafy green (still have no idea what they are called. maybe loki?)
1/4 c. mixed berries.
it was delectable.
i have today off as well, just so i can have easy access to the bathroom if i find it is not going well...
here is to day 3!
