Raw Food Jobs

Hello everyone!

I'm interested in attending a raw food culinary school like the one in california called Living Light (probably next month)... or the one in Florida on the organic farm.

Buuuuut, i've been wandering.

If I were to attend one of these schools and learn about raw food uncooking and complete a program, where would be the best place to find a job???

i would LOVE to pursue a job in the environment of food... but I wouldn't know where to look!

And also!

I notice these raw food cooking schools offer less than 3 week programs... Is that enough to become a raw food chef??? Or atleast an associate??
