My husband and I sold our business (an insurance agency) in December and we got a letter notifying us that they miscalculated how much money they owed us for our business (it's all contract value).

Anyhow, we'll be getting out own little Farmers Insurance stimulus in about a week for $750 ...and what did my awesome, hot, amazing husband say?

1. That he wants me to get my VitaMix
2. That he wants me to go on a leadership summit (only about need the plane ticket and one night hotel) in New Orleans on 3/25!

I'm so in love! And excited!

P.S. I had so much raw food today I think I'm going to burst. I love this lifestyle!

I bought him a new outfit (work shoes, shorts, tshirt and boxers) yesterday and he was very appreciative!

MrsJ, that is so funny you mention this, i got a check in the mail yesterday for $500, apparently there was a lawsuit against CarMax on behalf of owners of used cars that had been used as rental cars,(and not told), anyway, i got this check unexpectedly, and my husband said:

"Now you can buy your Vitamix!!!!"

I'm very excited! My aunt has this huge VM cookbook that we were looking through and it has a lot of really amazing recipes!

Last week we made homemade bean dip with black beans and a tad of fresh salsa. OMG.

Mrs J,well I didnt get a Vitamix yet but I found a MIU France Professional Mandolin Veggie Slicer today at a thrift store.They sell for 120.oo and I got it for $12.00...wooohoooo Pretty veggies now..wooohoooooo wish I had the cheering lady picture you posted.I love it. Vitamix is on its way next..haha
