if so... i hope it doesn't smell like cat pee! lol. goat cheese is the only cheese i won't/wouldn't eat besides feta since it doesn't smell bad.
sorry.. can't answer your question.. just cared to comment.

hi sarain
i made a dressing yesterday with tahini, lemon, dill, garlic and olive oil
it came out more like an aioli but i used a lot of lemon....
anyway it had a real tang to it...not dense enough to cut but certainly you could smear it......maybe a good direction

I don't think so. It's hard to get the Goat Smell into RAW Nuts and Seeds. I know how it is to give up something you really like but in time, you will adjust. Keep the Faith.

Wait! I'm confused. Are we talking faux goat cheeze? Or the real stuff? This is a Vegan board...

She's talking "Faux". I think making Nut Cheese and eating it around a Field of Goats. I used to try eating it, but I always could smell the goat and he was no where around. But I know how it feels when you really miss a Flavor you Love and are Now in a RAW LifeStyle. That's how I Felt about REAL COW CHEESE.........I got over it. In Joy your Journey.

I get from a farm at San jose, california for my 3 year old son who is allergic to cows milk. The raw goat milk, yogurt and cheese are delicious with no goaty flavour.
