I have been cleansing since 2007 and have managed to lose half of my goal - about 10kgs. I wantd to lose the other 10 kgs so I would make it to my goal weight but I came very close then quit the master clease.
At the moment I have been so stressed and ate so much that I gained everything I lost back (almost 2 yrs since I lost it). Obviously I'm feeling really low about this and I know I an achieve my goal through the Master Cleanse, but I have a lot of exams so it's not practical, I have been losing concentration so decided to start after exams.
Now my only problem is that, I have 2 months before more exams, so I was thinking I could try and lose some weight withing the first month. But I don't know which route to take. I have never done raw / juice fast so that's why I came here to ask. I was thinking I could start with "raw, as in salads, fruit and juice" for a week and see how I manage and if the scales go down. After the week, I was thinking of juice fasting, but I am not sure if it's the same as the master cleanse?
Can someone tell me if you can lose as much weight with juice fasting as you do on the Master cleanse. I am about 150 lbs / 68 kg and 5'3 - 5'4 tall, and tend to lose an average of 1.32 lbs / 0.6 kg per day. I also go jogging at least 3 - 4 times per week and do some light exercise at home.
I can what I want to know is if it's easier to do a juice fast and will I lose as much weight.
