Does anyone here grow kamut grass? Do you like it more/less than wheat grass? Is it easy to grow?

No, I haven't grown any and don't think I have heard of it. Do you have any more details?

Kamut is an ancient grain found inside a pyramid in Egypt. It is a large seed and is better tasting and has more nutrients then wheat. The downside is that it is harder to find and is more expensive.

I soaked some kamut and now it is sprouting. We'll see how it turns out.

Wow o.o
Maybe I'll try to find some and try my luck at growing it. How has it been growing so far, rawstrength? more difficult than wheatgrass?
I just started growing kamut. I planted up my third tray today - the first tray will be ready to harvest in probably 2 days. I'm anxious to taste it and see how it compares. *Ü*

I am ordering some soon. I mostly grow and sprout chia and wheatgrass, but want to branch out and have heard good things about kamut, so I am going to give it a try.
I'm enjoying the kamut wheatgrass juice and growing it as well. I have better luck with it than with the hard red winter wheat I was using. But ofcourse brands do make a difference - may have been my brand of the winter wheat...
I soak 1 1/4 cups of kamut in a quart mason jar overnight, then I sprout it for about 2 days and then plant that in an 8x8 tray. *Ü*
