fasting with herbals

I was wondering if while doing a water fast, if drinking green tea or detox tea from my local health food store would have any added benefits? Also would drinking green tea with honewy in it during a water fast arouse hunger?(because of the honey)

Would taking antibiotics while fasting decreease the effect of meds because of sudden stir of toxins? I understand the purpose of fasting and understand fasting is partially so one wont have to be on meds and to detox ect.

i personally would not fast while taking antibiotics.

yes you can do tea and/or honey but honestly... it will not enhance a water fast. a water fast is really the best of the best of fasts... it gives you the best bang for your buck. adding anything to a water fast diminishes the effects of a water fast.

but... if it makes a water fast doable for ya... go ahead and do it. :)
