Please - would someone be kind enough to tell me how long after the SWF can I begin drinking the "lemonade"? I can't find the answer to this question anywhere and I have looked.

Thank you for answering, freespirit. I began about 1 1/2 hours after the SWF and plan to drink 3 more tall glasses today - making a total of 8 for the day. Feeling better already too.:)

I joined a forum just for MC, and I think I read there that you should have your first lemonade about a half hour to 45 minutes after the SWF.

I'm doing very well wih the MC - I am pretty sure that tomorrow will be my eighth day on it. Once I went for a long as 5 wks. This time I am doing it to try to completely cleanse my colon, if that is possible. I'd like to know what the best indication is that the MC is complete. Does anyone know the answer to this? Is there any other indication besides an uncoated tongue? Thanks:)

I agree. That always seemed to work the best for me. That way I knew the salt water had worked its way through my system and I wasn't also flushing out the lemonade I just drank.

islegirl,when I am cleansing bigtime(green juice and chlorella and water) I go get colon hydrotherapy.That is a sure way to clean it all out.Beats drinking all that stuff they gave my mom for a colonoscopy. woweeeeee.
When you eat food:Colon clean when you have regular bowel movements and very clear skin and breath as well as nice digestion of foods without burping or gas at all.
