I made flax crackers last weekend using Ani Phyo's Cajun Bread recipe.
I kept them in an airtight container but last night I noticed they were starting to grow white, fluffy mould :(
Did I not dehydrate them enough or should they have been kept in the fridge? I have read that flax crackers keep for a while.
