Hi - My name is Roberta. I live upstate NY and I am new to raw foods. I have read about it but am now starting out slowly. My husband & I use to farm salads for market. I am an architecural designer. We have 2 great daughters and want to move to Tucson. Looking forward to the information on these pages.

Thanks for the welcome. The small amount of raw that I have already added to my daily routine is making a difference. I am suppose to be working at home now :( but this forum is so interesting. I really have to stop and work now. Be back later!;)

Today I don't have to work as much but I do have other chores to do and this is still more interesting. I'm going to use my sauna and then make some juice.
