I would like to go on a juice feast. The first time I tried we spent a lot of money on organic produce and only juiced for one day. I'm writing down recipes right now so hopefully I can just buy what I need for the juice each week. I hope to do a week long feast. Any thoughts on saving money?

Also, how much should I be drinking every day. I'm going to try and bring juice to work so I can drink it throughout the day.

I plan to start this on Sunday.

I would start with Carrot Juice and slowly add other Vegetables to it.

1 large Bunch of Kale
1 whole lemon
1 cucumber
1 bunch of celery
2 green apples ( Sweet Ones)

Some times I add a drop of Stevia for a little extra sweet. The lemon takes out the earthy green taste and it is very good when it is hot out.

I drink it all day with some Ice just like lemonade.

celery is excellent to add to juices.

apple is good for a sweetener and combines well with most other juices.

drink as much as you want to but try to drink a minimum of 2 litres of juice and 2 litres of water a day.
