Hey All...

I am a raw mama with 3 kiddos. My youngest is 2 and we still nurse every day. I do not want to give this up until we both are ready. My question is this. What kind of cleanses can I do that will not harm him? have thought of doing some sessions of colon hydrotherapy. However... this is VERY expensive... but possibly doable. Any thought on this method?
Also herbs seem out obviously!! But are there any that are safe?
Anyone done castor oil packs and massage?
ANy othre ideas.

I can FEEL the gunk in my colon and intestines from a many years of eating VERY badly when I was young. I am soooo ready to be done with it?

I know that it weighs me down and many of my ailments and cravings stem from an unhealthy gut.

Anybody have some reccomendations?

Specifically for a nursing mama.

Thanks Ya'll

I got hydro colon cleansing with a colon therapist while nursing with no problem with my child. You can also consider enema, this is more economic.

I have been told this is absolutely safe if your nurse to have an hydro therapy, it is actually better, because you are getting rid of the bad stuff inside. As for doing a colon cleanse with herbs and stuff, this isn't recommended if your nurse.

I hope you find a good therapist!
