Raw Indian Recipes

I always have a hankering for Indian food, but don't know of any good raw Indian recipes. Anyone care to share their favorites or point me in the right direction?

I THINK this is a Natalia Rose recipe:

2 cups carrot juice
1 avocado
1 clove garlic
1 tsp curry
dash of sea salt

blend :)
