Does any one put garlic in their green smoothies? I'm just curious.

In green soups I always use garlic. Not in regular fruit ones.

*nodding* but i tend to use them more in my juices than in my smoothies. i like sweet smoothies...
of course when i'm doing a green smoothie feast like i am now... i do tend to add more variety into my smoothie choices.

hey there,
yes, I just did tonight. I have had the book "Green for Life" and never tried the recipes in the back and the one I tried tonight was yummy. Here is the recipe: Green Delicious
5 leaves of kale
1/4 avocado ( I put 1/2 in)
3 cloves of garlic
juice of a 1/2 of a lime
2 cups of water
1/2 tsp of salt
2 roma tomatoes
makes 32 oz
zeros&ones

Yeah like zeros&ones I either chopped or smash one with side of knife blade but I wash it down with some fresh juice...usually orange. I know a Greek lady she did this EVERYDAY and her skin is gorgeous. She is like 70 and looks in her 40's!! The definition of Greek Goddess...I want olive toned skin too daaaammm my pastiness :p
