does anyone know the thread or website regarding this? I seem to recall Raw Truth mentioning something about Celtic Sea Salt just the other day - but I can't find the thread. Anyway my question is: I use Hain "Sea Salt" (doesn't say "Celtic" on the container) - is there something inferior about it? Please enlighten me! :p

If it is Celtic then it is Irish so it has to be superior. Joke

Apparently, regular sea salt is still heated up to 2,000 degrees, rendering it devoid of minerals and such that are naturally present in it. Celtic sea salt is sun dried, and never heated manually, and thus has all its precious minerals. I'll try and find the article I read on it.
