For anyone that hasn't tried it yet ... Alissa's Marinara Sauce (p.407) is FANTASTIC! I made it for lunch for me and my children and we ALL LOVED it! I did only use half the amount of garlic called for and I'm glad, but it is totally worth trying if you haven't. We put it on spiralized zucchini and it totally tastes like angel hair past with marinara sauce! So Good!

Blessings,
Heather

I love this recipe also. I've found a different way to make my noodle now. (instead of the spiralizer) This makes a larger noodle instead of the angle hair noodles, actually it's more like regular spagetti noodles and I like them alot better. It's like a vegetable peeler but I think it's called a juliene peeler. It's just the regular hand held type peeler and I got it at Bath and beyond. I'd looked at all kinds of specialty shops and finally found one there.

I'll have to keep my eyes open for a julienne peeler. I've been wanting another gadget to do wider noodles but don't want something as big to store. So, a hand held peeler could fit the bill. Thanks. BTW - I had this for lunch again today, I LOVE it!
