Kamut Etc?

Man... I have tons of sprouted dehydrated kamut hanging around. I have no idea what to do with it. Im mean its lots. I want to try something. Any ideas? I also have Rye, and Wheatberries hanging around... I dont know what to do with them?

Anyone got good ideas?

Can you grind it up into a "flour" and create cinnamon-pecan rolls, or a mana-type bread?
