Hiya!

I signed up here back in Dec of 07 but just haven't participated in the conversations... until now :) It's great to be involved in these raw online communities with like minded folks!

I've been raw since Sept 07 and have recently gotten into making all kinds of lovely raw food in my kitchen. Every weekend I try and make a new dessert and/or a lovely raw gourmet dinner. I've been having a ball lately! :)

I live 30 minutes outside of Burlington Vermont on a beautiful mountain with my husband and 2 kitties. Any other Vermonters on this site?

So glad that you are here Joyce. Please share with us the changes you are experiencing since going raw?:) Vermont is such a pretty place to live. My Mum lives just across the border in a little town called West Brome in Quebec.

Yeah we love Vermont. I just wish there was a bigger raw food community in Burlington. Luckily a raw potluck recently started up and the small raw food community will hopefully grow. We are lucky to have some really great co-ops and health food stores so it's relatively easy for me to buy fresh organic produce. I was so happy to score some fresh organic california raspberries yesterday for a Valentine's cheesecake I'm going to make tonight :D
