I'm intrigued by eating raw to 1) be healthy 2) lose about 20 lbs and keep it off by living this lifestyle. I've been eating raw foods the past few days, but have gained two lbs. I have no way yet of gauging if I'm eating the right size portions to actually "lose." I'm likely eating way too much. :rolleyes: Are there any books out on this? thank you
