Back again!

Hi! My name is Katrina. I am on day 6 raw. I was raw several years ago and had raving success with health and weight loss and plan to again. In the past 2 years I have lost control of my health, my emotions and almost my mind. And I gained 76 pounds in the process. I am in the process of divorce and have decided that I am going to get "me" back. I took a couple of weeks and detoxed all the meds the "dr.'s" had me on, a couple days and cut out all caffiene, a couple days to clear out some of the refined sugars...and whamo! I started Monday. I'm fully raw and loving it and I've lost a couple of pounds already. I am also going to start working out on a Bowflex and treadmill. My sleeping patterns are getting straightened back out and I am feeling a lot better as well and am able to do things that I have not been able to do in at least a year or more. I vow to never give myself up again! :) I have a lot of weight to lose and a lot of time to makeup!

You will do awesome! I love the scripture too. I look at eating raw as a spiritual journey. I am just in my 3rd week & found that eating raw gives me alot of clarity not on mentally but spiritually. I know it will do the same for you.

Thank you all! I am glad to be a part of this encouraging community. That's something I've lacked here - encouragement. But Day 8 raw and fresh from revival fire I am on the move and so on top of the world I don't think anything could beat me down right now. PTL! I will post my success frequently. I don't expect defeat!:D
