without any Braggs Liquid....does anyone know a substitution or a receipe?
I know its probaby been asked before, but I'm toooooo lazy today to go searching.

In place of braggs, you can use Namu Shoyu or salt.

I was sort of unclear if you were wanting a subsitute for the Braggs, or just ingredients that envoke the cheesy flavor...Tracy's suggestion to use the celtic salt is one I use, as I don't like soy.
I have also found that I get a 'cheesy' fermented flavor when I use rejuvalac, or soak water from wheat berry sprouts. I notice that sprouting wheat, and using it in crackers will do this too. If you want a sort of raw option, some have used nutritional yeast to give that cheesy flavor as well.

I've been substituting the liquid from NFL Moroccan Olives for shoyu & Bragg's.
