I have loved wasabi peas as an easy snack to keep on hand at work or in the car and I can't seem to find a raw version of wasabi peas.
Does anyone have a recipe for wasabi peas or maybe wasabi nuts, etc. that I can pack for snacks in the car or at work?

Thanks. Would I just sprinkle wasabi powder on them or do they need to be coated with a wasabi sauce and dehydrated?
Hey livin -- if you have wasabi powder, you can just mix it with enough water and maybe even honey or agave for a sweet & spicy snack, then some salt and, yes, coat something you want with it then dehydrate.
Or mix it with a meal. I've played around with wasabi a fair amount, and it's been fine. I'm sorry I don't have any real recipes to share with you!

Thanks Eva. I'm on my way to our Saturday (only) Farmer's market and will try to pick up some things I can use to experiment with for a "sweet and spicy" wasabi snack.
