Would you guys share the different type of "pasta noddles" you like. I am planning on going to the grocery store and would like to have a variety of pasta for the yummy sauce I made!

My fav is sweet potato. Second fav is zuchinni using a spiralooli (sp?) a wider noodle.

ditto to all mentioned - I also do carrot using my noodle maker saldeco thingy (to soften the noodles just sprinkle and rub with sea salt, rinse with warm water and then eat!)
