Does anyone have a really good pizza cracker recipe?
Thanks,
Heather

In my head right now. Flax soaked for 4 hours or overnight. Then add sun-dried tomatoes (that have been soaked) and any seasonings that would give it that pizza flavor. Like chives, thyme, savory, marjoram, mint, rosemary, oregano, and basil. Add Roma tomatoes. Some onion. Food process it all. Spread on a teflex sheet about 1/4 thick. Dehydrate until firm enough to flip. Flip onto mesh screen. Dehydrate until crispy.
I always "wing" it and keep spicing until it gets "there".

Also, I bet you could soak the flax and then use Alissa's marinara recipe in with that and you'd have a heck of a cracker!!!

Thanks for the input. Yep, I will likely wing it. I was just wondering if anyone had a good tried and true recipe. If I get one that works, I'll post it.
Blessings,
Heather
