:pHey, I'm from a small town in Montana, and all excited and inspired to start this new way of eating and living. I have arthritis, and I'm a waitress, and the two are not working so well together at the moment. I'm hoping that my thirty day trial is a success. I hope I feel healthier and lighter!! I'm so glad I found this site to help me along the way!!
