Hi I'm Emma, I'm 19 years old and I live in new york city where I attend Hunter College. When I was 15 i began to eat only raw foods. I weighed very little..only about 100 pounds. Eventually however I went back to eating meat and dairy but in moderation. I'm looking to get rid of these habits and go back to my healthy ways! I hope you can all support me in doing so.:)

Welcome! Why did you start eating raw when you were 15? Have you read a book about it or was is just your intuition? You sound really wise!
