Irmagination

I went vegetarian in October 2008. No problem. Went Vegan a couple of weeks ago. Some problems, as dairy/eggs are hidden everywhere. But I think I will make it okay.
Now, I am trying to break into the raw lifestyle. This time I am going to take it a little slower . I am challenging myself to eating a raw breakfast and lunch during the weekdays for the month of Feb. If I can do that, I will extend my raw eating to the other parts of my daily life.
I bought a cheap blender and juicer. I have started on green smoothies for breakfast and salads & veggie mixes for lunch. If I can go over 50% raw, I will buy a dehydrator. I think I could go fully raw, if can have some grains (crackers, bread, etc.). I am anxious to go beyond the simple veggies/fruits stage and start sprouting and dehydrating.
The hard part is when you have eat with others (dinner parties, restaurants). Do you just eat before you go, or do you take your own food with you? I guess I will find out.
Anyway, here I go! Wish me luck!
