So, I always have green smoothies for breakfast, but I don't have any greens left right now and not even a penny in my wallet. I have some food though, things that I don't eat very often. I made this and it turned out incredible delicious. I was scooping out the left overs from the blender with a spoon.
Banana-Blueberry smoothie:
1 cup of sunflower seed milk. To make the milk simply add 1/4 cup sunflower seed and 1 cup of water. Blend in high speed blender and strain it.
1 Tablespoon of coconut butter
2 bananas
3/4 cups frozen blueberries
1/4 cup agave nectar
A pinch of cinnamon
A little bit of vanilla extract
Blend until smooth and soft. It is so creamy and delicious!
