I am a 20 year old female. I have been vegan for a year and I decided to go raw for a while. I started off with The Master Cleanse and I eased my way into a raw food diet. This is my second week and I am doing really good. At the moment i am eating 90% raw. But I have a big problem. I cant stop eating.:( Of course the food I am eating is raw but I just cant stop eating. If you have any recommendations or advice I would greatly appreciate it. Did you experience this?
p.s. I actually just weighed myself today and I have gained 6lbs since I started my raw food diet. :eek:please help I really want to lose weight. I work in the movie industry and their is so much pressure to be a certain size. :confused:
