fasting with pulmonary embolisms

I was released on january 1st with multiple clots in both lungs after a week long stay. Im on coumadin now. Ive been on a juice fast but mostly water. its been 8 days. The last couple my chest (lungs) have been hurting in the same spots as before. I was wondering if this is safe or should i have asked my doctor first. since it hurts that just means because its healing right?

This is such a delicate condition........You should ask your Doctor. What you can do after you ask him is to then get a Second openion from another Doctor. You can do a "SEARCH" at the Top of this page and hopefully you might find old Threads from someone who will be able to Shine more light on the Subject.

I think it's always important to do your own research and it is Very Important that you consult with your doctor as soon as possible regarding your condition, Coumadin and your diet/fast.
