I was wondering how meds are utilized during a water fast with juice here and there throughout. If the digestive system is not being used will the pills still be absorbed and used?
Im on blood thinners. should i end the fast...or just do a limited fruit/water fast?
also after you break the fast and eat fruit for the first couple of days with maybe a salad...how long until you feel different. until you feel less weak and normal again? will it be the same day after you eat your first fruit?
Also now im really noticing veins all over most of my body very blue visible...im about 100% sure they were not that visible before. Its making me nervous. is this normal what should i do?
Also I did something bad and dont know if its related but i was not 100% raw during this juicewater fast. I had a tiny bit of coffee and a non raw juice drink called 'naked'. this morning is the beginning of day 6.
