I am not sure when I am going to break my current fast, im on day 4, but I am curious as to how I will eat after it.
I was kind of unsure where to start this thread, here or in the general discussion area so I am sorry if this is a little out of place here.
I am really loving fasting, I feel great. I tend to stuff myself too much, when I eat (raw of course) so after I break my fast would a diet that looks like this be good or bad, I mean, we cant fast forever right? but I would like to keep my liquid, and blended drinks as my main "meal".......here is what I was thinking...
Breakfast - Juice
Lunch - Juice or green smoothie
Dinner - Salad, or some fruit
and of course lots of juice throughout the day. Im just curious about whether that would be a healthy approach or not, I would not feel restricted, but is it too restricted? ...would my body feel like I am depriving it?

But is there anyone else who drink a majority of their meals when not fasting?...
