OK, I've answered this question myself before but I just wanted to check with someone who has made the recipe. Is 1/2 cup sprouted wheat, 1/2 cup before or after sprouting. I just want to be sure because it makes quite a difference in amount. 1/2 cup vs. 1 1/2 - 2 cups. I read it as 1/2 cup wheat after sprouting. Otherwise it would say 1/2 cup wheat, sprouted. Right??:confused:

Any other comments about the recipe. I never liked sausage but liked veggie sausage for the taste and am hoping this is like that.

Just wanted to let you know - this recipe is very good. Kind of sausagy tasting but kind of mushroomy. Like the garden burger veggie burgers which are mostly mushroom. I would recommend it.

When I tried it quite awhile back did not really care for it. To me the flavors need to be salt, pepper, fennel--key sausage ingredients. If I make it again, I will be adding those specifically.
