Lemon Pie - please

I made the Blueberry Pie from Alissa's book. Yum! Now I want to try a Lemon Pie. Does anyone have a recipie for that?

If you have Alissa's book, there is a recipe for a Lemon Meringue Pie on pg. 518 I thought I'd remember seeing one, but didn't have my book handy to verify this...until now!

I know this is old, but I am making Alissa's key lime pie today. I did a search and this was the only one, really, that came up.

Now, Alissa says to use "3 whole large limes". She never says anything about peeling them. It just says to mix all the filling stuff in the food processor. Do I peel them or no? :confused:

I think Alissa's cheesecake tastes like lemon pie to me. It's yummy and very rich.

WOW, now THAT is a good question.

I can see using a tad bit of peel, but not 3 whole peels, I would peel them first, keep the peel, and if it doesn't taste good add the peels. it's better to be safe than sorry.
