I don't want to get into making a lot of recipes (I'm trying to simplify my life) but I would like to try some. I'm hoping to find out which ones resonate with most people so I don't waste time or money preparing something that isn't 100% awesome.

her raw mariana sauce - I have served it to my non raw friends and they were surprised it was raw because it was so good!

I LOVE the broccoli soup alot and make it often.... EASY and delicious. I also love the zuchinni angel hair pasta with marinara sauce!!!!
OMG, there's more  ..... fudge balls, easy and great to pop one in your mouth when you just need a little snack.... Those are the ones that "pop" in my head, but I'm sure there's more!!!! (oh yeah, her indian spinach dip is wonderful, too!) I better stop now!! So far everything I've tried in her book is fabulous! Good luck and keep us posted ;)

So far, Carrot Pecan Burgers (385)
(awesome, awesome!)
...the others I've tried didn't work too well for me, but it's a big book, so I have a lot to still experiment with.
I like the mock salmon pate. :)

The enchiladas was not something I would have ever tried on my own. But a few years ago a friend that I had turned on to raw made them. They are SO good!
Also, the strawberry crepes will make you think you're eating cheesecake.
AND... the ravioli. I've never been able to do it as good as Alissa, though. She use to do non-certification classes and this was one of the dishes.

I have a serious sweet tooth and I find both of those recipes to be very satisfying- and I only need a little bit too!:)
