i made some about 2 weeks ago. i keep them in a ziplock bag...how do u know when they r no longer edible???:confused:

I have eaten mine after a couple months & they were fine - try a bit to see how they taste.
This definitely depends on you and the way you make your crackers. I like to make it -- sometimes -- so that it's not super crispy, almost more like a bread. In that case, unless you've refrigerated them, they may not be good anymore.
If you make them REALLY crispy, I'd be surprised if they're not perfectly fine. :)

Believe me, when you open up the container it has an off smell and if you happen not to notice the smell and take a little taste, you will taste the rancidity~~it doesn't taste good.
