Raw in Memphis : )

I just ate a a little cafe on Union, really good. It's called Smooth Moves and Sean's Cafe. The bf had a live veggie burger and I had a Salanori (carrot pulp, spices, lettuce in raw Nori). It was super delicious and I left feeling fabulous and not weighed down. The guy who makes the stuff showed us the burgers dehydrating and he said he makes a super good broccoli soup. He makes the soup fresh when you order it. I was surprised and delighted. :)

This will be my first trip to Memphis! (Millington, actually) I searched the posts before I started a new one - will definitely be checking this place out! Are there any other places you locals can recommend? What about fresh markets and HFS? I'll be there from 9/14-30, so want to make sure my hotel fridge is stocked with the good stuff.
