Hi Veteran Fasters!

I am wondering if anyone would mind my asking some personal questions, that may seem pretty trivial in the whole scheme of life and health?

I am wondering how your body composition is after you have released a significant amount of weight from water fasting?

I am beginning my journey of what I pray to be several extended water fasts, that are primarily for personal/spiritual reasons. However I DO have weight to release, probably a MAXIMUM of 50lbs... Would be shocked if it were more, since I haven't weighed below that since I was a sophomore in highschool. I am 37 now.

I am just wondering what it does to you? I am trying to relax and not fear getting saggy and wrinkly. Especially since I won't be exercising much...

Would anyone care to quell my nagging thoughts?

I want to do this for health reasons as well as spiritual, so I don't doubt that even if I ended up looking like a wrinkly mess from national geographic, I would be in a better place physically... It would just be so tremendously disappointing to feel yuckier about myself after the whole thing, than before I began.

I am sure that won't happen, but could sure use a shot in the arm! ; )

Thanks to anyone willing to chime in!

Lauri

take MSM daily and you won't need to worry about anything being saggy... i've released lots of weight in the last 18 months and i have no sag.

Thank you again for your input ; )

Hi Aleesha ~ I was poking around on the site you linked the MSM powder to and I saw their oregano oil (which we recently ordered from North American H&S).

You recommend this company then? And their products?

Thanks in advance! *Ü*

Thank you Aleesha ~ that is so good to know! They look great. I like it that they don't have all the additives/ fillers in them. *Ü*
