Interesting.....last week or so I had BAD breath like ooooooo BAD and stopped loosing weight. I wondering if that was detoxing. Then yesterday the bad breath went away and I lost 1 lb!?
Also I have a canker sore in my mouth all week and I hardly EVER get sores inside my mouth!?
I thought the bad breath was from the carrot pecan burgers because of the curry in them and I brushed and brushed my teeh and tongue.
What do you all think????

Aleesha, I wil have to try the salt brushing. I have a history of getting cankcer sores inside my mouth when I've been really highly stressed (divorce, death in the family,etc.).
I have a tongue scraper that I use daily along with flossing and brushing, which cuts down on the bacteria in the mouth. Sounds like detox, though.
I often put some flat leaf parsley in my green smoothies for nutrition and freshness. Figure it doesn't hurt.

Also drink plenty of Water, a dry mouth can cause bad breath.

Oh man, I'm on Day 4 of my Raw adventure and man do I get the bad breath business. I'm still losing weight, but the taste in my mouth is pretty intolerable. Huzzah for detox though!
I've been more excited about my detox symptoms than anything. Get that crap out of my liver!

I know someone wrote about drinking water and that this is just part of detoxing... but is there anything else I can do about the bad breath. It's just that I work with people all day long and I am used to just chewing gum... Now what? Any tips?
