I must be the last person on the planet to figure out how to use an iPod but now that I have, I am in Rawfood podcast heaven!!! You can go to iTunes and download for free dozens and dozens of interviews from several raw food radio channels, most of them from Revell's Rawkin Radio! Just go to iTunes store, then browse, health, and alternative health.

also check out we like it raw .. I believe that's the one.. pretty good stuff.. but none of them are as good as revvell. I love how funny and real she is.
