Due to my health concerns I have started raw food today.
Me and DH went to the store last night and bought all kinds of foods. Right now I am not worried about organic; but I ONLY buy american grown produce.
I feel that is very important.
Has anyone just started?
I am going to purchase Alissa's book when I get to my home PC. How long did dilivery take for you?
