There's a chili dinner after church Sunday and I signed up to bring fruit. I got some pineapple and papaya and was originally going to put them on some skewers with maybe some kiwi and/or mango. But started thinking maybe I could do fruit salad with some type of tropical dressing.

I was thinking maybe lime juice, agave, coconut???? Anybody have any suggestions?

thanks.

If my memory serves me, doesn't Alissa have a fruit "dip" that could also be used as a dressing in her book?

For a while I had this like 5 times a day, hope I remember the ingredients correctly.

Juice of 1/2 lemon,
juice of orange
honey or agave
almonds
banana (I think, can't remember)
vanilla

all blended, I'm pretty sure that's all it was. I poured it over bananas and blueberries and it was divine.

Thanks everyone. I'll fool around with some of these tomorrow. I think my problem has now switched to which one. :)

thanks, again.
