so, i just signed up for a 1/2 marathon. does anyone have any tips?? kinda nervice but exited about it.

When is the race? How many weeks away?
What/ How much are you running now?
A good basic race training plan can be put together
How many days a week will/can you run?
What about you body? knees, back etc...
EASIEST PROGRAM-
Monday-Wednesaday and Friday go for a 30-45 minute run (or Run/Walk)
On Satruday do a "LONG" strting at your current long distance.
Every week add 10% of your weekly total to the Saturday run.
You will be set for a Half Marathon in 8 to 16 weeks.
And of course- Eat properly, stretch rest....

I signed up for a marathon and was wondering the same thing. I feel like I am not eating enough to sustain cardio training. Is it normal to be hungry every 2-3 hours? I just started raw a couple of weeks ago and at first my energy was high and lately I feel like I've been dragging. Would that be caused from detoxing? I want to do a master cleanse and juice feast, but not sure if I should... :)
