are you referring to the Global Juice Feast and its protocol? Or are you just juicing and having it whenever as if you were doing the green smoothies and having your fill?

when we say "juice feast" we are referring to drinking one gallon of juice and one gallon of water per day. anything less is a juice fast. :)

so it is quantity thing
