Thank you everyone to your encouragement and advice the other day - I am back on the wagon of raw - I have onion bread in the dehydrator and made lastnight Alissa' Black Olive Tapenade Dip which I am using carrots with - had 2 glasses of carrot and apple juice (juiced myself) and have salad for lunch if hungry and not sure what for dinner - but just going with what my body is telling me - not when or times to eat - when I feel hungry I will eat :)
Thanks so much for everything - I feel like there is hope again..
Also, a wild question here - has anyone experienced changes in their body for just being off raw for 1 month in half or any time - like menstrual cycles off the hook LOL - mine this month is staying SOOOOO much longer then usual.....for crying out loud when is it going to leave LOL
Love you all!!

Thanks so much - I did read it after you told me to - your are such an inspiration and blessing it is so hard to even explain :)
I was going to say nothing like this with my monthly has ever happened to this extent - I mean always irregular ones but this is crazy LOL....but ever since I slipped at Thanksgiving and on this month is the first one since my slip up and it is crazyyyyyyy LOL....so I knew it hard to do with my eating since that is when this all happened :)
I have been feeling soooooo tired, when eating raw I would lay down to watch TV as I did before after work and then within 5 minutes had to get up and do stuff - had so much energy LOL...now I am tired, sleepy, headaches as you stated and a two week period LOL...not fully strong at all now seems to be going away - hopefully - my word how crappy I am feeling - but back on track and went to gym yesterday..
Thanks Lucy for your honesty - we ALL fall at times and as long as we pick ourselves back up - dust off and get refocused then we are doing good :)

Sandy,
period irregularities are very common in the transitional phase. I'm usually high raw, but am currently doing 100% for six months and my period has gone haywire! It's still here after just over a week and is annoying the crap out of me! I have a strong feeling that when the body does this it's wanting to 'purge'.
Heaps of other not so pleasant stuff can happen, but looking at it all I see the direct correlation between what the body wants out of it's system and now has the chance to get out and what the symptoms are.
You are not alone, but it goes away, not to worry!
Chin up. :)
