I am starting off my raw food diet with exercise right away. Nothing to heavy because I don't want to wear myself out and get burnt out.

I am starting with walking a few miles everyday. A few years ago, I had my heart busted by this girl I liked but it turned out she didn't like me. That situation caused me to give up pop and candy and I started walking 5 + miles a day.

The end result was that I dropped about 80 pounds in about 6 months and went from a size 44 jean down to a 38.

I am going to do this again and in combination with eating raw I am expecting good things.

Congrats! Raw RAWKS! Walking and re-bounding are the best IMO!
