I was reading this site on juice feasting.

In about a month I will be doing this program and I just wanted to "research it up" and it started talking about an enema kit. I really can't see myself doing this everyday. So my question is, can one get by without a kit and just do like the MC salt water flush or something? What do you all do when you are juice feasting?
Sorry this is so gross...I am just really confused

The problem is that when you are on a juice feast you are not taking in any fibre so your bowels will stop moving.
The enema is not as bad as you think.

Sygma, pop yourself up into the Fasting Bandit's thread. I know Aleesha doesn't do enemas & poops plenty. She's not shy about sharing all about it either :D

two words: Walker's book.

If you want to know more about enemas, read his wonderfully written books about them. He has lots of experience with that. Enemas can work wonders and in some cases even make an urgent operation unnecessary . There are lots of interesting examples in his book.
Some people say they are not natural but it does only come from the lack of knowledge. It is everything else but natural to put all those strange things into one's body that some people call food on a daily basis and in such cases an enema can save one's life.
Take care, Eva

Having done both a salt water flush and an enema, I can say that salt water flushes are actually much more effective for me. But they don't work for everyone.
