I want to make a cracker recipe out of Kristen Suzanne's EASY raw entrees eBook. It is a chocolate bread recipe and the only ingredient I am missing is agave nectar. The other ingredients are apples, cocoa powder, flax seeds, salt, vanilla and cinnamon.

Does anyone know what I can use (in the place of agave) that would complement the other ingredients? Would honey or maple syrup work?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance :)

Honey should be fine. Maple Syrup isn't raw.
